Time—and Thyme—Are of the Essence! Contemporary Clock Exhibit at Aroma Thyme Bistro

Wallkill, New York, September 20, 2012 — Gardiner artist Leonie Lacouette will be exhibiting her handmade clocks at Aroma Thyme Bistro in Ellenville throughout the month of October, with an opening reception Sunday, October 7, from 1-3 p.m. 20% of all sales will be donated to Family of Woodstock.

Lacouette has been creating fine, handmade clocks and selling at craft shows, galleries and museum shops nationwide for more than 25 years. Her modern, geometric timepieces incorporate wood, copper, steel and other metals in designs with clean, contemporary lines. She is a long-time supporter of Family. “We are blessed to have such an amazing organization in our community,” Lacouette said.

Aroma Thyme Bistro, located at 165 Canal Street in Ellenenville, is a Green Certified restaurant known locally and beyond for great cuisine, sustainable practices, and activities and events benefiting the community.
