Everybody knows that Earth Day is an April. So to honor Earth Day at Aroma Thyme Bistro, Ellenville NY, we decided to choose local New York State beers for our next your dinner.

New York State has some amazing craft beer producers. So we'll take a tour from Long Island to upstate New York.
